 PALM SUNDAY
- The Joyful Noise and Praise Notes Choirs will again be performing on
Palm Sunday, March 28th. This will include the processional with the adult
choir, several songs and the Praise Notes Bell Choir. Practices are incorporated
in the Sunday School hour. All children ages 2 through 3 rd grade are
invited to participate. |

JUNIOR MISS PROGRAM - This year’s Shafter Junior Miss Program will
be held on Friday, March 19, at 7:00 p.m. in the Fred Starrh Auditorium
at Shafter High School. Young people involved from our church and youth
group this year are Lenea Lara, Ashley Espitia, Emilie Garcia, and Kaley
Mulligan, escorts Simon Viss and Korey Penner, and has-beens Melissa Bloemhof

| NKCS GOLF
TOURNAMENT - The annual Scholarship Golf Tournament
is scheduled for Friday, March 26, at the Wasco Valley Rose Golf Course.
Registration is $75 per person. It is a four man scramble, so even if
you are single and don’t have a team, please consider registering and
join the fun. A hearty lunch will be catered by Jake’s Tex Mex. We are
looking for golfers, hole sponsors ($100) and corporate sponsors ($1,000).
